We are currently recruiting for an AML Analyst- Assistant Manager to work with our client who is a global leader in banking and wealth management. You will be joining a growing Transfer Agency function in Dublin. This role is conveniently located in Dublin's Financial district which easy access to public transport. The role on offer is an initial 6-month contract with a possibility of further extension.
Key Responsibilities
Subject matter expert in AML in transfer agency.
Play a key role in clearing the Luxembourg AML periodic review back log for 2023 from a regulatory perspective and also complete the 2024 periodic review to meet regulatory requirements.
Conducting periodic AML assessments on the institutions policies, procedures, and controls.
Uplift procedures to industry standards.
Act as an escalation point to review medium and high-risk accounts from an AML perspective.
Assist in the delivery of process reviews.
Provide support to the AML team in Luxembourg from a client perspective.
Act as point of escalation with Fund's MLRO and Fund Boards with our Product partners.
Liaise with internal compliance partners.
Providing AML guidance to staff and stakeholders; keeping abreast of the latest developments and trends in AML regulations and best practices.
You will be working as part of a cross-border team and will work closely with the AML team in Luxembourg.
Escalate matters of concern.
Support Client escalations.
Qualification/Experience
4+ years AML experience in Transfer Agency.
Senior subject matter expert in AML in transfer agency.
Educated to a degree level.
Practical experience in an operations environment.
