We are currently recruiting for an AML Analyst-Manager to work with our client who is a global leader in banking and wealth management. You will be joining a growing Transfer Agency function in Dublin. This role is conveniently located in Dublin's Financial district which easy access to public transport. The role on offer is an initial 6-month contract with a possibility of further extension.
Key Responsibilities
Subject matter expert in AML in transfer agency.
Team management - run day to day priorities to deliver the Luxembourg AML periodic review back log 2022 and 2023 from a regulatory perspective and lead the 2024 periodic review to meet regulatory requirements.
Conducting periodic AML assessments on the institutions policies, procedures, and controls.
Act as a checker for medium and low risk cases.
Assist with procedural uplifts.
Provide training to new members and less experienced team members.
Providing AML guidance to staff and stakeholders; keeping abreast of the latest developments and trends in AML regulations and best practices.
You will be working as part of a cross-border team and will work closely with the AML team in Luxembourg.
Escalate matters of concern.
Support Client escalations.
Assist in maintaining management information and status updates.
Qualification/Experience
5+ years AML experience in Transfer Agency.
Senior subject matter expert in AML in transfer agency.
Educated to a degree level.
Team management experience.
Practical experience in an operations environment.
