Role & Responsibilities:
As a Business Process Analyst, you will enhance our business processes by leading the development and implementation of process management skills across the company through coaching, training, and information events. You'll collaborate with process owners and experts to design target processes, supporting business departments in analysing, introducing, and adapting processes to meet their needs.
Your role includes driving process optimisation by identifying areas for improvement and supporting continuous improvement initiatives (CIP). You will document and monitor processes to ensure clarity and consistency, manage the Business Process Management (BPM) system, and analyse process effectiveness in terms of time, cost, and quality.
Additionally, you'll support cross-plant standardisation and harmonisation of processes, advise on key process metrics, and ensure compliance with process management standards. You'll also be responsible for maintaining process integrity across the organisation and performing other related duties as assigned.

- Process Management Software: Experience with process charting or process management tools.

- Process Optimisation: Experience in optimising processes and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

- Training and Coaching: Capability to coach and train others in process management skills.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- A 3rd level qualification in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Professional experience in a similar position.
